Here at 117° West Spirits we produce high quality west coast-inspired craft spirits that reflect the innovative nature and laid back mentality of our native state - California. With nearly two decades of homebrewing experience and a doctorate in chemistry from UC San Diego, our head distiller Justin McCabe has chosen to weave these two passions together to reinterpret traditional spirit recipes.  

117° West Barrel-Aged Rum is aged for at least 6 months in used Bourbon Barrels.  Rich in vanilla and caramel flavors from the barrel, this rum takes on subtle flavors of Bourbon and is a favorite among whiskey drinkers. Try it in a Rum Old-fashioned or Mai Tai.
