1/4" Anti-Vacuum Valve - Tall Version

A tall-body anti-vacuum valve that relies on a free-moving internal piston to function, it needs a fitting with enough internal clearance for that piston to travel fully, or it can bottom out and stay closed.

• 1/4" thread, tall-body design with internal piston

COMPATIBILITY

• Fits: 1/4" fittings with sufficient internal depth/clearance for the piston to move freely
• Works with: if you're unsure whether your fitting has enough clearance, use W_517 instead, it fits all makes/models of fittings

PRO TIPS

• Before ordering this tall version, check the depth of the female fitting it will thread into, if the cavity is too shallow, the internal piston bottoms out and the valve stays effectively closed, defeating its purpose. When in doubt, W_517 is the safer universal pick since it's designed to clear virtually any fitting depth.
