From the sandy loam regions of South Australia’s Limestone Coast comes a ripe, juicy Cabernet Sauvignon with tannins as smooth as velvet. These features are attributed to an early ripening period, which provides a soft, well-rounded palate bursting with red fruit and berry flavors. After the grapes are crushed, the wine is fermented in small, static tanks at the ideal room temperature. It is then aged in French oak barrels for around one to four years, providing structure and a subtle oak influence. On the nose, you’ll experience lovely aromas of black currant, mulberry, cassis, spice, tobacco, and a hint of vanilla. In the glass, this Cabernet Sauvignon displays a great depth of color with deep purple and crimson hues.
