Our 2020 Pajarito Cabernet Sauvignon from the Central Valley region is a powerful testament to Chile’s growing presence as a hotspot in the international wine scene. Produced by esteemed fifth-generation Chilean vineyard Cremaschi Furlotti, this wine combines European winemaking traditions with state of the art technology. This bold red is characterized by firm tannins and ripe fruit flavors. On the palate is cherry, blackberry, and black pepper with a smokey sensation on the tongue. Pair with any cut of beef, lamb, venison, or game. The Cabernet grape also brings out flavors in grilled chicken dishes with fresh vegetables for a more casual meal.
