3M Adhesion Promoter 4298 is a liquid primer sponge packet used for most low surface energy plastics. This would include common low surface energy plastics used for automotive dash and interior trim applications (TPO, PPO, PP, PC, PC + ABS, etc). Sponge Applicator Packet is 2.5cc per Packet (25 packs). Detectable by UV light. Also available 3M 4298 in 4fl oz/118cc bottle with applicator tip, equivalent to 47 sponge applicators, search ASIN: B01G2AKDYE. Also available 3M 4298 in .47fl oz/14cc marker/pen (equivalent to 6 sponge packets) with valve action reversible applicator tip, search ASIN: B0953S3F5F.
