Crafted from 100% Tempranillo grown in the Duero region of Castilla y León, the grapes undergo cold maceration to extract color, aroma, and flavor before fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The result is a dry, vivid, and endlessly refreshing rosé that captures the energy of a New York City summer — the label a nod to the iconic fire hydrants that cool the city’s streets.
