PRODUCTION: “We mature this single malt in two different casks: American oak and European oak before finishing it in first fill Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks to add depth and richness.”

TASTING: “COLOUR - Auburn gold; NOSE - Rich notes of ripe fruit, orange zest, toffee buns, and plum jam; PALATE - Rich and fruity with notes of apricot, chocolate coated raisins, liquorice root, and freshly grated nutmeg; FINISH - Long and complex, with lasting sweetness. (43% ABV)”
