In a first for the distillery, Ardbeg employed a high-gravity mash—a brewing-inspired technique using less water to create a richer, more concentrated wort. The result? A vivid collision of tropical fruit, bubblegum esters, and deep smoky character, pushing Ardbeg’s DNA into uncharted flavor territory. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 48.3% ABV without chill filtration, Smokiverse delivers a bold yet balanced dram, where fruity sweetness meets intense peat smoke in spectacular harmony.
