Showcasing the sweeter side of Arran Single Malt, this offering is an excellent choice for a dessert dram, featuring complementary notes of apricots, melon, and honeysuckle. 100 Proof (50% ABV).

To create this rich combination, traditional Arran Single Malt matures in oak casks for eight years, and is then 'finished' in a selection of Sauternes wine casks.

These casks, housing Bordeaux's sweet white wine, are carefully chosen by a Master Distiller from a highly skilled small producer, ensuring the perfect union of wine and whisky notes. For those who appreciate the sweeter side of Arran Single Malt, this is an excellent choice. It pairs beautifully with creamy toffee or fudge-based desserts.

  Richly honeyed and backed with a lifting zestiness which slides into spice and zingy salt. Once the dram opens out, vanilla and sultana stand out followed by notes of toasted oak.
