ArteNOM Seleccion de 1579 Tequila Blanco Clasico 750mL

From Jesús-María, Tequila's highest altitude region, comes ArteNOM Selección de 1579 Blanco Clásico. A tequila that contains no additives and is crafted at the eco-conscious El Pandillo Distillery by maestro Felipe Camarena, this tequila embodies the essence of stressed Tequilana Weber Agave. Following a meticulous 30-hour steam roast in brick ovens, the juice is extracted using the unique “Frankenstein” gear-spindle roller-crusher and double-distilled in copper pots. Final touches include aeration prior to bottling and proof adjustment with filtered rain and well water, culminating in a tequila bottled at 40.7% ABV that's pure and rich in character.
