The AXEON® Chemical Injection System, 30-Gallon delivers 15 GPD of chemical metering via a Pulsafeeder Chem-Tech™ Series XP peristaltic pump paired with a 30-gallon polyethylene tank, operating on 110V. Each system includes all necessary hoses and fittings and is designed to the highest industry standards with a compact footprint for easy installation and servicing.
For growers running AXEON RO systems, chemical injection is the recommended method for dosing AXEON S-200 Membrane Antiscalant to prevent membrane fouling and extend membrane life. The peristaltic pump mechanism keeps chemicals isolated from the pump internals - suitable for acids, caustics, and most water treatment chemicals.
