Commercial Description:

The name Sérénité was chosen to mirror the state of mind of the cognac lover when tasting this rare cognac. In addition to the traditional grape Ugni Blanc a generous proportion of Folle Blanche, rare and very old pre-phylloxera grape, has also been used. The quality of this superior cognac is intended to seduce all palates, including those of the finest connoisseurs. 

Tasting Notes:

Nose: It has an elegant nose with a hint of mocha and bitter orange marmalade.

Mouth: In the mouth Sérénité is superbly rounded with hints of coffee, vanilla and floral notes.

Finish: The finish is rich and very long, characteristic of the very old Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie.
