Baker's 7 Year Old Single Barrel High Rye Limited Release Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey uses more rye grain than the traditional Baker's recipe. Each barrel is aged for at least seven years and bottled individually at 107 proof (53.5% ABV), so natural variation from barrel to barrel remains part of the experience.

The nose brings charred oak, vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit. Brown-sugar sweetness and oak fill the palate before a measured rye spice appears, leading to a full finish with baking spice. This 750ml single-barrel bourbon is best poured neat or with a few drops of water to soften the proof.
