Pedro Ximénez (PX) is a Spanish dessert sherry known for its intense sweetness, dried fruit, and velvety chocolate notes. Barrell uses PX casks to impart these flavors onto a carefully blended selection of bourbons sourced from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee.

  • Kentucky: 9 & 10 years old
  • Indiana: 6, 7, 8 & 12 years old
  • Tennessee: 7 & 15 years old
• Derived Mashbill: 80% corn, 16% rye, 4% malted barley
• Age Statement: Blend includes bourbons aged 6–15 years
