Distilled from fresh wine made of 100% Quebranta grapes from the Southern Valley of Ica, Peru.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma: pear, red apples, fresh cut grass complimented with dry fruit and pastry notes, fresh cream and cacao, balanced with delicate citrus notes.

Taste: ripe pear, red apples, red grapes, citrus notes, roasted almonds, walnuts and pecan, dark chocolate, cereal, dried apricot, and ripe dark berry fruit.

Finish: round, elegant, long.

Perfect to make a classic Pisco Sour.
