Planted in 2000 with Dijon clones 115, 667, and 777 on low-vigor rootstock, the Dairyman Vineyard benefits from the region's cool foggy mornings and warm afternoons, producing fruit of remarkable richness and complexity.

The 2022 vintage captures the opulent character of this terroir, thanks to meticulous winemaking techniques including extended cold soaking, mixed fermentation methods, and aging in 100% French oak (60% new).
