Benjamin Prichard's Double Chocolate Bourbon (750 ml)

A select number of barrels that possess a greater hint of chocolate are infused with just the right amount of crushed chocolate bean nibs in the barrel during the finishing process. We don’t want it to overpower the wonderful flavor of bourbon but simply reinforce the natural chocolate flavor. We don’t want our bourbon to taste like chocolate, but rather our chocolate to taste like bourbon. This is one of our favorite collaborations with the addition of Olive and Sinclair Chocolate Company.

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: The seductive frangrance of cocoa bean, dark chocolate compels one to taste this whiskey.
• Palate: On the palate, loads of rich cocoa-like, all flavors melt beautifully with the corn spirit and the oak. Really works well as a whiskey.
