Bezzera Duo Espresso Machine

The Bezzera Duo features a stainless steel body and rosewood detailing, providing an instant classic look. It shares many of the same features as the Matrix, including a vibrant touch screen display for managing the dual PIDs; each disciplines the boiler's current temperature and brew temperature separately. Automatic on/off and switch from reservoir to plumbed operation, as well as maintenance cycles and notifications for insufficient water or filter replacement are supported. Additionally, the 3.5" touchscreen allows greater temperature stability with the traditional E61 group syphon. Pre-infusion is enabled via a lever system, and push buttons and toggles make brewing easy. The rosewood steam knob provides powerful steaming and locking for uninterrupted stream. With the DUO DE model, the advanced features include PIDs for boiler temps, brew and head temps, as well as a volumetric brewing option with four programmable shot volumes.
