Blue Spot 7 Year Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (750 mL)

A delicate mix of citrus, a touch of clove oil, and crushed black pepper corns give this wine a smooth mouthfeel. Sweet spices, vanilla, and cinnamon complement the wood's nutty flavor.

Pot Still spices, baked apple, hazelnut, and toasted wood are accompanied by a light combination of pineapple, kiwi, green banana, and lime zest.

Blue Spot is a non-chill filtered, cask intensity release with an annual ABV variation. It will be available for €80 in Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Northern Ireland, and Global Travel Retail from this month, and in the United States from February 2021.
