The fourth release of the Booker’s Bourbon 2025 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2025-04, “Phantom Pipes Batch”. This batch is named after a curious discovery some of our engineers made in the distillery a few years back: a whole bunch of pipes that don’t lead anywhere at all.

Abe Overholt pioneered American Rye Whiskey with conviction. Today, the "A" honors our founder, as we continue the evolution of American rye into the future.
The first release of A. Overholt features a Monongahela Mash. Centuries ago, farmer-distillers in the Monongahela Valley cultivated rye that became the first American Whiskey, renowned for a big robust flavor with notes of warm spice. Inspired by our Pennsylvania roots, as straightforward as ever.
COLOR: Clover Honey
AROMA: Caramel, subtle layers of sandalwood
and caraway
TASTING NOTES: Brown butter, honeysuckle, clove, seasoned oak
