Imperial / Double Stout: Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Violets, Black Currant, and Tahitian Vanilla • 14.55% ABV • Currant War is a boutique collaboration with Homage Brewing inspired by the delicate flavors of French macarons. Floral aromas of Tahitian vanilla whet the senses for the tart brightness of black currant, quickly tempered by the savory roundness of vanilla beans on the mid-palate. Currant War was brewed with violet flowers steeped in the boil for a lingering finish of soft earth and early-summer sweetness. Medium-bodied and elegant with a present but pleasant heat from its 14.55% ABV.

(1) Bottle Logic/Claremont Craft Ales Technical Challenge Imperial Stout

Imperial / Double Pastry Stout : Bourbon Barrel Aged Jaffa Cake-Inspired Chocolate + Orange Imperial Stout • 13.77% ABV • On your marks, get set, brew! Early last year we teamed up with our friends at Claremont Craft Ales to brew a Jaffa Cake-inspired Imperial Stout to age in bourbon barrels. One pandemic and a whole lot of Great British Bake Off bingeing later, we're proud to present our Techincal Challenge to the judges!
Technical Challenge was built on a chocolate malt-heavy imperial stout recipe with a healthy helping of rye double mash base for a bold, bouncy body. The brew was finished with Madagascar vanilla and a mountain of Ecuadorian cacao nibs to build a rich chocolate complexity, then steeped on California orange peels for a bright, beautiful citrus note.  13.77% ABV 

(1) Bottle Logic Broken Blender Stout (2021)

Imperial / Double Stout: Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Tiki Stout • 12.54% ABV • Notes of orange zest and nutmeg garnish aromatic waves of dark rum and tropical fruit, setting the tone for this Painkiller cocktail-inspired imperial stout.

After eighteen months in Jamaican rum barrels, Broken Blender was pushed through three unique rounds of 300lbs of fresh coconut. The full-bodied sweetness of a cumulative 900lbs of coconut was tempered with 400lbs of sliced pineapple pieces for a vibrant tropical tang, then finished with a twist of orange zest and a dash of nutmeg. 12.54% ABV

(1) Bottle Logic Intrepid Orchid Barleywine (2022)

Barleywine - American | 11.2% ABV. Bourbon Barrel-Aged English Style Vanilla Barleywine • 11.2% ABV • Decadent caramel hue with a glittering, ruby-colored rim. Brown sugar cookie and toffee-toned aromas melt into layers of caramel cream and nougat on the palate. Brûléed sugar bitterness and undertones of leather, oak, and autumn leaves balance the rich layers of Madagascar vanilla with a soft breath of impeccably integrated bourbon on the exhale.

Stout - Imperial / Double Coffee | 14.1% ABV. Flavors of dark fruit, baking chocolate, tobacco, and caramelized sugar -roasted El Salvadorian coffee beans meld with the spicy rye malt and bittersweet molasses, our original barrel-aged beer.
