Craft a smooth and full-bodied bourbon-style whiskey with our Bourbon-Style Whiskey All Grain Distilling Recipe Kit. Featuring a classic grain bill of corn, distiller’s malt, and rye malt, this kit creates a rich, slightly sweet spirit with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice.

Fermented with Still Spirits Distiller’s Range Whiskey Yeast (included), this wash develops a well-rounded bourbon character, perfect for aging on oak. Still Spirits Turbo Clear is also included to ensure a clean fermentation before distillation. With an OG of 1.094 and a target ABV of 12.5%, this kit is designed to produce 5 gallons of wash, ready for distillation into a bold, flavorful bourbon-style whiskey.

To ensure full starch conversion and maximize fermentable sugars, this kit includes essential enzymes:

• Alpha-Amylase Enzyme – Added during mashing to break down starches into shorter sugar chains.
• Glucoamylase Enzyme – Added during fermentation to convert remaining complex sugars into fermentable glucose.
