Brave New Spirits (BNS) Voodoo "Serpent's Ember" Blair Athol 11 Year

Whisky of Voodoo is a range of special, small-batch single malt and single grain whiskies brought to us from the fine folks at Brave New Spirits (BNS). 

Designed to entice and enchant, these carefully selected whiskies are matured and finished using the finest casks, often sourced from exotic, far-flung locations.

Nose: Rum raisin, malted barley and tropical citrus zest.

Palate: Creamy mouthfeel with expected vanillans and un-expected bananas. Dried apricot and and a hint of peat embers on the back palate.

Finish: The finish is medium length but muted, with apricot strudel/pastry being the most noticeable taste.
