Brush Creek Distillery is proud to partner with the Purdue For Life Foundation to bring this special-release bourbon to market as a celebration of Purdue alumni, fans, and friends. Inspired by Wyoming’s untamed natural resources and aged seven years, this four-grain, straight bourbon is the perfect addition to your collection – and serves as a great gift.

The Distillery, located in Saratoga, Wyoming, is uniquely positioned on Brush Creek Ranch, a 30,000-acre working cattle ranch and collection of award-winning luxury ranch resorts, founded by Purdue alumni Bruce and Beth White.

Spiced honey, graham cracker, light citrus zest, baking spices and herbaceous mint notes.

PALATE

The palate is rich and viscous with layers of light caramel, darkchocolate, candied fruit, and hints of black tea and spearmint. The mid-palate highlights light oak, cinnamon, and a well-rounded mouthfeel.

FINISH

Full, lingering finish, with hints of vanilla, pipe smoke, and spice.
