Buffalo Trace Kosher Straight Rye Whiskey

Buffalo Trace Kosher Straight Rye Whiskey is a seven-year straight rye produced in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) — distilled from the same high-quality grains as Buffalo Trace's other ryes, aged in designated Kosher barrels, and bottled at 94 proof. Released after Passover each year.

To satisfy Passover requirements, the barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive in a ceremony witnessed by a cRc representative, and the bottling lines were fully cleaned with no contact with non-Kosher spirits.
