INSTALLATION

• Worn burrs usually show up as creeping grind time at the same dial setting and more fines/static at the doser - not necessarily a change in taste. If you find yourself dialing progressively finer just to hit your old shot time, that's the burrs talking, not the beans.
• Always replace both burrs together, never just one - mismatched wear between an old and new burr throws off the gap geometry and grind consistency will suffer even with a fresh calibration.
