Tasting Notes: Burrito Fiestero Ensamble Mezcal is a full bodied mezcal that captures all the exciting intensity of flavours of a traditional mezcal combined with the gentle side of the softness, sweetness and smoothness of the wild agaves used for its elaboration. This expression stands out with its strong minerality from the volcanic rocks, spicy notes of fresh jalapeño and a velvet fruitiness in the palate finishing with a long lasting smoky aftertaste. An ensamble is the co-cooking, co-crushing, co-fermenting and co-distillation of 2 or more Agaves together to create harmony between the best flavours of each Agave. Agave Species: Cenizo / Verde Aroma: Fresh jalapeño, sweet jalapeño, cooked agave, green peppers, smoked fruit, herbal, vegetal, minerality and gentle smoke. Palate: Nice citrus, fresh jalapeño, smoked agave, vegetal, full flavoured, grass, mint, earthy, sweet spice, tropical spices, mineral and soft texture. Finish: Grassy with a touch of mint, chicken bouillon, meaty, pleasant smoke, scotch-like, smooth, soft, interesting, elegant.
