Caol Ila situated on Islay’s north east coast is well known for it’s peaty whisky. Hannah Whisky Merchants have bottled this limited release for their award winning Lady of the Glen range. Distilled in April 2013 this whisky was first matured in a refill hogshead. A long finish for two years in an ex-Rivesaltes wine cask has added notes of orange, tangerine and fruit jam to the release. Bottled at a cask strength of 55.4% abv this single malt is one of just 299 bottles.
