Casey Jones Double Cut Blue Bourbon

Casey Jones Double Cut Blue Bourbon is a unique premium craft spirit from an equally unique distillery.  

Produced in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, the Casey Jones Distillery is famous for its distinctive square copper pot still — a design legacy of the founder's grandfather, a prolific Prohibition-era stillmaker.

This expression, made from a 50/50 mash bill of blue corn and cane sugar, is aged in new oak, finished in used bourbon barrels, and bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength (53.5% ABV).
