Cellador blended a variety of barrels of our Farmhouse Wheat Ale base, and aged it on a ton of Passoinfruit, with just a touch of juniper for some added complexity and a bizarre twist.
It’s dry with a mild acidity and a spritzy carbonation which all lends to this beautiful and thirst quenching beverage. Cellador pick up notes of volcanic ash, tropical fruit, passionfruit, pine resin, underripe mango, wildflower, and a ton of tangerine. It’s refreshing and easy to drink while still bringing a lot of flavor to dive into.
