Small, independent winemakers, dedicated to creating unique and delicious English sparkling wines from their winery in Hampshire.

Hand-picked outstanding Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are used to make this beautiful wine and then gently nurtured over 30 months. 

The wine is well rounded and generous with warm stone fruit (peaches, apricots) and honeysuckle aromas and demonstrates a pronounced autolytic character.  There is a refreshing green apple acidity that offers lovely freshness and a balancing layer of mineralogy that adds to the complexity on the palate.
