Champagne Gosset Extra Brut Celebris Rose is crafted with a blend of champagnes from the Cote Des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Founded by Pierre Gosset in 1584, it remains a family-owned house that has preserved its heritage and commitment to quality over the centuries. Gosset’s reputation for excellence stems from its meticulous selection of grapes, sourced almost exclusively from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. This dedication to quality avoids malolactic fermentation, ensuring the purity of the wine. Each bottle is riddled and disgorged by hand, reflecting the craftsmanship that defines Gosset. Champagnes are aged in deep cellars for a minimum of three years, with vintage and prestige cuvees maturing for five years or more, allowing their complex flavors to develop fully before release.
