Winery Notes

A UFO, a bottle that when tasted blind transports you to other horizons. A very large white, micro vintage of 1500 bottles. A blend of 60% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Gris and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The color is golden, shiny. The nose: very aromatic, expressive, open with flowers like acacia and wisteria highlighted with delicious golden notes of apple and grape. In a second nose aromas of apricots, dried pears, Mirabelle plum with a touch of bergamot and oolong tea. On the palate the wine is dry with intense aromas of flowers and fruit found on the nose with blackcurrant leaves, herbs and honey. Conclusion: An astonishing, complex and unique wine, quite astonishing for Bordeaux! Serve at 14°C To be enjoyed young but peak 2025-2030
