"Tío" Pedro Pascual Hernandez is the master behind this quintessential Santa Catarina Minas classic "mezcal," the local parlance for a co-roast, co-ferment, and co-distillation of two or more agave varieties.

1. New label. All batches made by Tío Pedro and his nephew Lalo Barriga will now be sporting this image, a direct homage to the 100-liter clay pot stills that are produced in Santa Maria Atzompa and traditionally used in Santa Catarina Minas.
