Colonel E.H. Taylor Cured Oak is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon crafted from Mash Bill #1 and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). Its barrels use oak staves cured for 13 months, more than twice the typical curing period, then aged in historic Warehouse C, built by Colonel Taylor in 1885.
Rich vanilla and buttery toffee lead into ripe fig, balanced by subtle dry oak and layered depth. A distinctive Kentucky bourbon for sipping neat or with a splash of water, allowing its concentrated oak character and sweet notes to unfold.
