Copper and Kings American Craft Brandy is aged for 2 years in Oak, which is no easy process. We work meticulously on this sensitive and delicate process taking no short cuts.
Non-chil filtered, with no added chemicals, flavors or colors. This blend is matured in bourbon and medium-char oak barrels. 90% bourbon, 10% new American oak blend.
Appearance: golden, caramelized oats, darkening harvest sun.
Aroma: caramel, honey, cherry wood, honeysuckle with a hint of melon and subtle floral bouquet.
Taste: luscious, ever so slightly oily & viscous. Honey, toasted oak, tobacco, dried stone fruit, feisty spice on the mid-palate.
Finish: great structure and balance, with a long velvety finish.
