Louisville-based Copper & Kings American Brandy Co. had announced its latest experimental gin: The Moons Of Juniper Gin.

This is a juniper-forward expression of a distilled American Dry Gin, 96 proof, double distilled in American-made alembic copper pot-stills, using a grape brandy base and honey with no neutral spirits.

The Moons Of Juniper is non-chill filtered with no added flavors post-distillation.

Flavors are bold, with assertive tight juniper, the company says, plus forest pine and woody spice, warm tropical orange, with tropical citrus. Smooth with balance, a crisp dry gin.
