- Heart of Hearts Process: Corzo uses a patented extraction technique that selects only the most flavorful part of the agave distillate. This aggressive selection requires roughly 22 pounds of agave per bottle, which is nearly double the industry standard.
- Triple Distillation: Unlike most blanco tequilas that are distilled twice, Corzo is distilled three times and undergoes a unique sparging process. This produces an ultra-smooth 80-proof (40% ABV) spirit that drinks like an aged tequila while retaining bright, unaged characteristics.
