Full, round, and friendly.

If you can’t make up your mind, get the middleweight rum that can do it all. Mellow Gold is light enough on its feet for a daiquiri, but muscular enough to drive an old fashioned.

We rest our White Rum in used bourbon barrels from local & national whiskey distilleries for several months to pick up color, weight, honey notes, and a fair amount of vanillin. Once we empty the barrel, we infuse the rum with a small amount of Sweet Woodruff, a soft green herb that contributes a delicate aroma of vanilla, hay, and tea.

Tasting Notes
Vanilla, honey, coconut, chamomile, and hay. Lightly oaked.
