Cráneo Organic Mezcal is a single-estate artisanal mezcal handcrafted by maestro mezcaleros and agave aficionado David Ravandi in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca — made from 100% organic agave Espadín grown at 5,600 ft.

Honoring century-old Mexican traditions, the label's sacred skull was inspired by the Aztec goddess Mictecacihuatl, guardian of the bones. Charred pit-oven-roasted piñas are crushed by a massive stone tahona, naturally fermented, and twice distilled in copper pot stills, capturing bold, complex agave, fermentation, and smoke character.
