Crown Royal Limited Edition Chocolate Flavored Canadian Whisky (750Ml)

A limited bottle from the one and only Crown Royal, the Chocolate Flavored Canadian Whisky is a must-grab if you love their usual range. It's a step in a different direction - they're mostly known for fruity bottles - but still polished and smooth like their usual offerings. 

On the nose, the chocolate influence is immediate but layered. You get dark cocoa and bittersweet chocolate that arrive first - it is rich and slightly roasted, followed by milk chocolate cream and a whisper of mocha. Underneath those confectionary notes, you will find the blended whisky’s vanilla and caramel, and that's from the American oak maturation. You can also get a soft toffee sweetness and a faint cereal warmth that reminds you this is still whisky.

There is a pleasant mouth-coating texture, slightly syrupy but not cloying, that allows the chocolate to linger without overwhelming the spirit’s identity. The finish is medium-length, with a warm oak echo, a last note of dark chocolate, and a faint citrus peel that brightens the close.
