Thirty years of winemaking in the Galilee — and this is the wine that tells that story. Created to celebrate three decades of the Dalton family's journey, this extraordinary red blend incorporates wine from every vintage stretching back to 1995, weaving together the memory of each harvest into a single, deeply expressive bottle.

Rooted in the rugged terroir of the Upper Galilee, the blend draws on Cabernet Sauvignon from Elkosh, Merlot from Tel Fares, and Shiraz from Elkosh — three sites that have defined Dalton's identity over the years. Aged 24 months in new French oak barrels, then rested a full year before release, this is a wine built with patience and intention.
