Inspired by the oldest swimming hole in Austin, Texas, Deep Eddy has been making vodka 2,000 gallons at a time since 2010. The Original is column-distilled 10 times from corn and pure Texas water and filtered four times over charcoal; the flavored expressions begin with that base and are infused with real fruit juices.
