Another beautiful white, the 2021 Costières De Nîmes Nostre Païs Blanc is 80% Grenache Blanc, 15% Clairette, and 5% Viognier. White peach, apple blossom, and floral nuances all flow to a medium-bodied, clean, vibrant, refreshing white that displays a distinct sense of minerality on the finish. This versatile, textured, incredibly satisfying white will evolve for 3-5 years, although I like it today.

It's a year-in, year-out, smoking value.

Winemaker Notes

The Nostre Pais Blanc smells of ripe citrus fruits and has a delicate floral note thanks to the Viognier. On the palate it is powerful, creamy and still lively, the finale is long-lasting and has a beautiful softness, the wooden barrel aging gives noblesse.
