Domaine Laroche is one of Chablis’ most celebrated estates, with roots stretching back to the 10th century and vineyards that include some of the original monastery sites of the Obédiencerie de Chablis. Their St. Martin cuvée — named for the patron saint of the abbey — is the quintessential introduction to the house: a wine that captures the pure, stony soul of Chablis with unfailing consistency vintage after vintage.

The 2023 vintage was shaped by a warm growing season with ideal conditions, producing wines of vibrant expression and textbook Chablis character. This half bottle pours pale gold, offering intense aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and oyster shell. On the palate, refreshing acidity and flinty minerality carry through to a crisp, clean, harmonious finish.
