Don Mateo Pechuga Mezcal 750ml

Pechuga is a traditional Mexican celebratory mezcal style where, in the last distillation, a raw piece of meat (often poultry), fruits, nuts, and spices are hung inside the still above the spirit. The rising vapors interact with the suspended ingredients, giving the mezcal savory, umami, herbaceous, and sometimes subtly meaty aromatic layers that distinguish it from standard mezcal.
