Here at the edge of a lake in a shed in a small Irish town, the ordinary is made extraordinary. Within is the laboratory of PJ Rigney, boundary-pushing begetter of hand-made spirits.
This expression is distilled slowly (by hand) in medieval copper pot stills at The Shed Distillery. The creation of Rigney's curious mind, the Cali Orange combines the output 8 pot still and 4 vapour infused botanicals. The result - a refreshing and vibrant Californian Orange Citrus from the Golden State.
