From his smallholder farm in Chelba, Bensa district, Melaku Negash cultivates organic heirloom varieties at high elevations, producing washed coffees with the bright, clean character the SNNPR region is known for.

What began as a single container has grown into a six-year partnership built on trust and consistency. Melaku’s meticulous process from selective picking to a careful 15–20 day drying period ensures exceptional quality each harvest.
