The Eureka Mignon Magnifico is an easy-to-use burr grinder with 55 mm diamond inside flat burrs and a touch screen display that makes all the difference. It grinds quietly and it's controls are simple and responsive. Specially designed burrs keep their edge for longer.

First of all—the touch screen. It's vibrant, with a large font size and clean controls. Grind time is adjustable in tenths of a second using the "+" and "-" buttons, and you can freely switch between single and double shots. Also, you can switch to a manual mode for continuous grinding, or lock in your timed settings to keep other people from fiddling.

For performance, it's equipped with 55 mm flat hardened steel burrs and a strong 1350 RPM motor with an output of 1.4 - 1.8g/s for espresso and 1.9 - 2.5g/s for brew. Eureka's ACE system helps prevent clumping by eliminating static in ground coffee, which in turn ensures dose consistency.

It's quiet, measuring in at about 73 dBA, so you won't ever need to stop a conversation to make your drinks. It brings Eureka's patented micrometric adjustment, so you expect smooth, stepless adjustments when dialing in the grind. Plus, the portafilter holder fork is adjustable to work with any portafilter on the market.

Touch Screen Display

The Mignon Magnifico's interface is perhaps one of the easiest we've worked with. Grind time is measured in seconds, and a tap of the "+" or "-" buttons will adjust by a tenth of a second. For large adjustments, you can press and hold to race through the seconds. Pressing the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time will lock in your timed setting, and pressing in the single and double shot buttons at the same time will switch to manual mode.

Micrometric Adjustment

Eureka's patented stepless micrometric adjustment is precise and easy to use. When preparing espresso, that level of control is vital when dialing in the grind. You need to find that sweet spot quick and easily to truly get the best results in the cup. The Eureka Mignon Magnifico accomplishes just that.

Diamond Inside 55mm Flat Burrs

The Eureka Magnifico uses 55mm flat burrs made of steel that has been treated with a patented cryonic treatment known as "Diamond Inside." Multi-Position Portafilter Fork

The Mignon Magnifico features an adjustable portafilter fork that can be raised or lowered. Depending on the height of your portafilter, the fork can be positioned to allow for hands free grinding, locking the portafilter head securely beneath the spouts.
