One of our go-to comfort food recipes for this Far Niente is chicken roasted with tangerines, garlic, rosemary, white wine and honey. It's like the wine was made for the dish, or the other way around. The oak in the wine makes grilled lobster with brown butter for dipping a no-brainer.
